Career and Achievements

The Japanese tenor Kazuki Yoshida was born in 1994 in Hiroshima. He began his musical studies in Japan, where he received his first recognition for his vocal and acting abilities.

After completing his vocal studies with great success in his home country, the young tenor moved to Italy, where he further refined his artistic training with a particular focus on Bel Canto.

Among other institutions, Kazuki Yoshida studied in 2021 at the Puccini Festival Academy and at the Bologna International Opera Academy in Bologna.

Following his early stage experience in university productions in Japan, he performed in a tour of Puccini concerts at the Teatro Cervantes in Málaga and in Ávila, Spain. In 2022, he was engaged for the role of Altoum in Turandot at the Puccini Festival in Torre del Lago.

In 2023, he made his debut as Rodolfo in Luisa Miller at the Teatro Sociale di Como, and went on to perform the same role at the Teatro Grande in Brescia, the Teatro Ponchielli in Cremona, and the Teatro Fraschini in Pavia.

During the 2023/24 season, the young tenor sang Werther by Massenet for the first time at the Teatro Comunale di Bologna. He also made his debut in Germany, performing the role of Don Carlo and appearing in La Bohème at the Pfalztheater in Kaiserslautern.

Among his upcoming engagements are Un Ballo in Maschera in Klagenfurt and Napoli Milionaria at the Teatro Comunale di Bologna.
