Carlo Ventre has been for the last 15 years a well-known tenor, performing lead roles in operas such as Aida, Otello, Il Trovatore, Cavalleria Rusticana/Pagliacci, Andrea Chénier, Turandot, Manon Lescaut, Tosca, etc.
The houses where he has excelled under the guidance of world-renowned Maestri and Stage Directors include, among others: La Scala di Milano, ROH Covent Garden London, Opéra Bastille in Paris, Bayerische Staatsoper Munich, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Liceu de Barcelona, San Francisco, Chicago, Arena di Verona, Teatro Massimo di Palermo, Regio di Torino, Petruzzelli di Bari, La Monnaie de Bruxelles, New National Theater in Tokyo, NCPA Beijing, etc.
