At Trucco Management, we have always aimed to bring world-class experiences to the global stage, and this time, in collaboration with Tartiere, we are proud to co-produce one of the most anticipated opera events of the year – the Galaxy Opera Gala. Taking place on October 20, 2024, at the breathtaking Galaxy International Convention Center in Macau (China), this event promises to be a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of operatic excellence.

The headliner of the night, Plácido Domingo, is an artist whose legacy needs no introduction. With over 150 roles in more than 4,000 performances globally, Domingo remains an unparalleled figure in the world of opera.

The Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra, one of China’s finest, will accompany the legendary spanish tenor under the baton of our world-class talent: the acclaimed Italian conductor Beatrice Venezi, principal conductor of the Orchestra Milano Classica and the Orchestra Scarlatti Young of Naples.

Also joining Domingo on stage will be two emerging stars in the opera world: soprano Bingbing Wang and mezzo-soprano Anna Doris Capitelli. Bingbing Wang, an alumna of Milan’s prestigious Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory, and Anna Doris Capitelli, from the renowned Accademia Teatro alla Scala, represent the future of opera and are sure to captivate the audience with their vocal prowess and artistry​.

This gala will feature a repertoire of timeless opera arias and duets, including pieces from La Traviata, Carmen, The Marriage of Figaro, and The Merry Widow, allowing attendees to indulge in the rich emotions and unparalleled beauty of operatic music​.
