Argentine baritone Fabian Veloz will star in the title role of Nabucco at the Teatro Comunale Pavarotti-Freni, in a new production of Giuseppe Verdi’s masterpiece.

Performances are scheduled for Friday, October 24 at 8:00 PM and Sunday, October 26 at 3:30 PM, under the musical direction of Massimo Zanetti and stage direction by Federico Grazzini. Joining the cast on stage will be the Orchestra Filarmonica Italiana and the Coro Lirico di Modena.

The production is a co-production between Fondazione Teatro Comunale di Modena and Fondazione I Teatri di Reggio Emilia, in collaboration with OperaLombardia and Teatro del Giglio di Lucca.

This engagement marks another important milestone for Fabian Veloz, who takes on one of the most iconic roles in the Verdi baritone repertoire in a production that highlights the dramatic and musical power of Nabucco.
